When and where does FIDAE 2022 take place?

The International Air and Space Fair, FIDAE, in its 2022 edition, will be held from Tuesday April 5th to Sunday April 10th, 2022, on the north side of the Santiago International Airport, Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez.

The working ours are between 10:00 and 17:00 hrs

Where can I buy pre-sale tickets?

There are three options to get pre-sales tickets: 

· The FIDAE website: www.fidae.cl

· The FIDAE Facebook account, clicking on “Purchase”

· The official ticket company.

Can I use my ticket for the entire duration of the Fair?

The ticket can be used only once, according to the type of Exhibition that you are planning on visiting.

Visitors that would like to attend FIDAE more than once must purchase all necessary tickets.

Can I use the same ticket for the Trade Show and Air Show?

No. The exhibition has two different aims and characteristics; in addition, the tickets have different prices.

Please, keep in mind that only people over 18 years old are allowed to attend the Commercial Exhibition.

Can people under 18 years of age access the Fair?

The access to the Trade Show (Tuesday, April 5th to Friday, April 8th) is exclusively for people over 18 years of age. However, the Air Show (Saturday, April 9th and Sunday 10th) have no age restriction.

What does the ticket grant me?

The ticket grants you access to all the exhibitors’ stands in FIDAE 2022, exhibition apron, and the theme pavilions inside FIDAE.

Can I buy tickets from abroad?

Yes, you can buy tickets for both exhibitions from the website www.fidae.cl, form the FIDAE mobile application, from the FIDAE Facebook account, clicking on “Purchase”, or from the official ticket company.

You must consider the following:

A.    To activate the international purchase system of you credit or debit card according to the selected payment type.

B.     To have a working e-mail address to receive your e-ticket.

C.     To comply with the age requirement set by the Organization to access the Trade Show.

How to arrive to FIDAE

Plan your visit to FIDAE using a navigation system such as Waze, Google Maps, GPS, etc.

Protect yourself from the sun

Use sunblock, sun glasses and hats. Make sure minors use proper clothing for an extended sun exposure.

Health Care Center

Our Health Care Center at FIDAE  is equipped with wheelchairs to be used only in emergencies. If you have mobility problems, it is recommended that you bring your own wheelchair.

Identify your children

There will be a sector for minors (during Saturday, April 9th and 10th) at the FIDAE entrance, where you will find identification wristbands for children. If they get lost, these wristbands will be helpful to quickly contact the adult in charge, so they can continue enjoying the event.

Official Transportation

Use the transportation means suggested by the Organization. If possible, share your vehicle.

 Emergencies

Identify the established emergency exits, evacuation routes and safety zones in the fair venue.

FIDAE 2020 RESTRICTIONS

Banners of any size promoting topics such as politics, ideology, philosophy or advertisement that could be used for public demonstrations that may cause alterations in the Fair’s normal operations.

Any object that can be used as a projectile or weapon, either designed as such or that could endanger the public (knives, glass bottles, metal cans, metal bars, rigid poles, sharp objects, among others).

Any chemical substance or gases designed to neutralize or incapacitate (such as pepper gas or tear gas).

Firecrackers, torches and candles, smoke bombs, flares, rockets and any other pyrotechnic object that may cause an accident to the user or a third party due to its light emission, projection or explosion.

Weapons of any kind.

Alcoholic beverages.

Hand tools.

Any device designed to emit loud sounds (megaphones, whistles, rattles, sirens, etc.).

Animals (except for guide dogs for people with visual impairments, or with disabilities).

Privately-owned drones and any other remotely-controlled devise.

Weapon replicas (compressed air guns, blank pistols, toy guns or weapons).
