FIDAE commemorated 10 years at the Pudahuel Air Base


Act that recalled its move on 2006.

With a ceremony headed by its CEO, Colonel Jaime Reyes, the International Air & Space Fair, FIDAE, celebrated 10 years in the Pudahuel Air Base.

To the act, there were invited the former Presidents and CEOs of the fair during its 37 years of track record, who remembered the work performed by all with the purpose of performing an exhibition, which from the beginning has had a steady growth, allowing it to be positioned among the top five exhibitions worldwide.

In the opportunity, Colonel Reyes stressed that “FIDAE moved to the current facilities at the Pudahuel Air Base, which were specially designed to facilitate the deployment of aircraft, exhibiting companies and flow of public. Here the static display, stands, air operations area and general services are conveniently distributed permitting an easy, comfortable and safe access for the public and exhibitors”.

“FIDAE has become in a fest at international level that enables to project Chile as a state focused in science, technology and education to exert sovereignty through the knowledge applied to the technique”, added.

It is worth to mention that FIDAE will take place from April 3 to 8, 2018, for that occasion are being prepared a set of events to celebrate the twentieth edition of the foremost Aerospace, Defence and Security exhibition of Latin America.
