FINANCE ORGANIZATIONS EXPECT A SPEEDY COMMERCIAL RECOVERY FOR CHILE IN 2021

The investment firm JP Morgan announced a few days ago that Chile will be the first of the emerging countries to achieve herd immunity, thus benefiting several investment projects.

According to the information provided by the New Yorker JP Morgan Finance firm, based on the analysis of the vaccination processes against the COVID-19 pandemic in different countries, Chile would achieve herd immunity towards the end of the second quarter of this year, putting the country ahead of nations such as China or North Korea, which would benefit the Chilean market over others, and becoming an attractive pole for companies and investors.

The Regional Director of Portfolio Solutions at Credicorp Capital Asset Management, Klaus Kaempfe, said that this “greatly helps to make Chile an interesting market for the world”. Additionally, the International Monetary Fund indicated that Chile’s economic projections are expected to rise 5.8% for 2021, putting the country in second place in the region.

Without a doubt, for the International Air and Space Fair, FIDAE 2022, this represents a key milestone since this is a sign for the exhibitors that Chile remains as the main access to the regional market, with a solid and stable economy. Furthermore, the Fair is doubling the efforts to guarantee safety in terms of sanitary conditions, protecting those who attend the foremost and oldest aerospace, defense, and security exhibition of Latin America.

FIDAE Will take place from April 5th to 10th, 2022, at the north side of the Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, in Santiago, Chile.
