UNITED STATES INAUGURATES ITS LARGE PAVILION DURING FIDAE 2024

The 85 U.S. companies are divided into more than 1,200 square meters in Hall C.


In the framework of the International Air and Space Fair, FIDAE 2024, the opening ceremony of the U.S. Pavilion was carried out on Tuesday, April 9. Said Pavilion is composed of 85 companies, making the United States the country with the largest number of exhibitors in this twenty-third edition.

The activity was presided over by the CEO and President of Kallman, Tom Kallman, along with the Minister of National Defense, Maya Fernández Allende; the Commander-In-Chief of the Chilean Air Force, General Hugo Rodríguez González; the president of FIDAE, Lieutenant General Máximo Venegas Raggio; the U.S. Ambassador to Chile, Bernadette M. Meehan and the Major of the 12th USAF Air Force, Major General USAF Evan L. Pettus.

During the inauguration, Tom Kallman revealed that, through the exhibiting companies, it was possible to raise the necessary funds to deliver the Endeavour Scholarship, which will allow four Chilean students to live an unforgettable experience at the Rocket Center Space Camp, in Huntsville, Alabama, for one week.

The United States has been attending FIDAE for 30 years, along with the most important areas of Civil and Commercial Aviation, Defense, Airport Equipment & Services, Homeland Security, Aircraft Maintenance, Space Technology, and the UAV (RPAS) and Cybersecurity sectors.
